Powdered Peanut Butter

I've been seeing powdered peanut butter everywhere these days, and so I decided to pick up jar for myself, and it's just been Peanut Butter heaven ever since. While training and focusing as an athlete (check me out on beatricetrang.com) , I've made a lot of changes to my diet, in fact I'm on the Dolce Diet right now, with the goal of losing a considerable amount of weight before race season starts.

The only thing that sucks about being on a clean diet is that your meals can get very boring, but I can confidently say that Nutri-Nut's powdered peanut butter has made my many protein shakes and morning oatmeal enjoyable to eat.

What I like about this product is that I'm getting all the peanut butter goodness but with less fat than the traditional butter. You're still getting the carbs, fibre and iron but just 1.5g of fat per 12g! As mentioned before, you can use this in your protein shakes and oatmeal, but it's also great for baking, making dips and so much more.



If you just wanted some normal PB on toast, all you do is take 2 tablespoons, add half the water (or more depending how you like it) and stir until you get the consistency you want.

The ingredients are natural, non GMO, it's gluten free and has been a great addition to making my diet bearable. It's just dehydrated peanut butter with some sugar and salt - no funky stuff here.
