It's New Years! Kicking 2015 off with a work out

Happy New Year Everyone! Hopefully some of this footage will motivate someone out there, I know by doing this, I'm motivating myself! Just a few clips of my eating plan and some shots of my PR's so far. Although I've done more weight in each squats and bench, right now I'm working on being able to do at least 5 reps in the highest weight possible. It's definitely been a work in progress, but madcow so far has been the most rewarding.

As for the food, I didn't mention in the video, but I'm already bored of chicken and rice. Luckily, the curry is keeping it interesting so far.
