Nivea's Creme Moisturizer Review

Monday, December 08, 2014

Whether I'm riding my bike outdoors in harsh or favourable conditions, or at home typing away on my computer, I'm always struggling with dry skin. Don't get me wrong, I'm drinking lots of Brita water, but unless I have a good moisturizer, I'm usually suffering from dry, ashy skin.

Our Spark Sessions goodie bag came with a lot of cool products for us to enjoy, one that caught my eye was this pot of Nivea Creme. I love how compact and cute it is, you can easily throw this  in your bag or purse without taking up too much real-estate.

The first thing I noticed was the smell of the creme, it wasn't like your typical chemical lotion smell, it was actually sweet like yoghurt. If I didn't know any better I would have probably went for a lick. The texture is super thick, so much that you can actually make little peaks with your fingers. The most important thing I noticed was how effective it was. With ingredients like Glycerin and Lanolin in it, the creme actually creates a barrier so your skin stays moisturized longer. So put this on your most ashy area's and you're sure to see a difference - I definitely did.
